Terms of Use

Mi Player is an IPTV player (a media player). The application does not provide, host, broadcast or sell any television channel, movie or series content. It is merely a tool that reads and plays your own M3U list or Xtream subscription that you add.

• All content sources you add to the application belong to you and are your responsibility.
• You agree to add and play only content that you are legally entitled to access.
• Mi Player is not responsible for the legality, accuracy or copyright status of the content in the sources you add.
• Accessing copyright-protected content without permission is unlawful; the user is responsible for the consequences arising from such use.

• You create an account with a valid and up-to-date email address.
• You are responsible for your account security (including the confidentiality of your password).
• You may close your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account permanently.

• The trial does not start on its own; it begins when you explicitly start it in the app.
• The trial lasts 30 days and can be used only once per account.
• The trial is tied to the DEVICE you start it on: you cannot use a trial on another device. This limit applies to the trial only — once you buy a paid plan, your subscription works on all of your devices.
• On a device where another account has already started a trial, you may use whatever remains of that device’s window.
• No card details are required for the trial, and the trial never converts into a paid plan on its own.

• Plans: 1 month (+30 days), 1 year (+365 days) and lifetime (one-off payment).
• Plans are PREPAID and DO NOT AUTO-RENEW. When your time runs out, access stops; no subscription is created that you would need to cancel. You may extend at any time by purchasing again; your remaining days are not lost.
• Prices are in Euro (EUR).
• Payments are taken via Stripe; your card details do not reach us.
• Purchases are made on mi-player.com. The stores you downloaded the app from (Google Play, Samsung, LG) are not a party to this sale.

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.

• To withdraw or request a refund, simply write to info@mi-player.com.
• Approved refunds are issued via the payment method you used.
• Once a refund is completed, the corresponding access period is removed from your account.

You may not use the application to:

• Distribute or provide access to unlawful content
• Breach the security of the application, reverse engineer it, or overload the service
• Abuse the trial entitlement (for example by altering the device identity to open repeated trials)
• Infringe the rights of others

The application itself (software, interface, brand and logo) belongs to Hyusnyu Sevdinch Hyusnyu or its licensors. The content sources you add are outside this scope.

The application is provided “as is”. No warranty is given that it will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or in compatibility with a particular source. The availability of third-party IPTV sources is beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mi Player shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the application. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this clause.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account in the event that you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you are acting as a consumer, the mandatory rights granted to you by the consumer legislation of your country of residence are reserved, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your own country.

We may update these Terms. Your continued use of the application means that you accept the current Terms.
